Those contractors listed have been used by Daniel's Landing Owners in the past. The HOA does have evidence of insurance on those listed, but please check references before hiring. Owners are welcome to use other contractors but must submit contractors licenses and evidence of insurance to the HOA before work begins. Please note that the Governing Documents require that an ARB form be submitted with any work to be done in your Unit. The forms and information regarding the ARB requirements are provided under the HOA tab of this website.
